| All orders 50€ and over are delivered free!In order to guarantee quality in our delivery, we use 24 hour couriers this means that if you order before 15:00 hours, you will receive your order at your delivery address the following day. If your order is made after this time we will do our best to add it to that days orders but cannot guarantee this therefore you will receive your order within the following 48 hours. Orders made on Fridays before 15:30 are dispatched sameday and delivered on Mondays. Orders after this time on Fridays will be packed and sent out Mondays for Tuesday.What happens if you are not at home when the courier brings you the parcel?The couriers working day ends at 7pm, so they have until this time to deliver, usually they call you before delivery. If there is nobody at home, or at the address you left for the delivery, do not worry. They will contact you again to re-deliver your order without additional cost. If you happen to be absent again, this second time, the parcel will be taken to the closest courier office to your delivery address place, so that you can: either collect from the courier office – without additional cost – Or ask for a re-delivery from the courier with an additional minimum local cost.We will undertake every measure to ensure goods are delivered within the timescales stated. We aim to supply all goods in a good condition and suitable for consumption or use. We will take no responsibility for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party or use otherwise as instructed. If the goods supplied are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing or by phone within 24 hours.If you have any complaint about the goods you should notify us in writing or via e-mail as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered the defect or complaint. We will endeavor to rectify any complaint to the best of our ability.All damages must be photographed and reported within 24hours. If goods are damaged and detrimental to the use of the product upon receipt of the courier delivering then please refuse and send back writing in the comments box why product has been returned.Perishables cannot be returned after opened, if there is a problem then please notify us immediately providing a photograph.OUR DELIVERY CHARGES : We try to keep these to a minimum, spend 50€ or over and delivery is free anywhere in Spain, if you cannot find this on the shop then please email us with your details and the product you wish to purchase and we will let you know the delivery charge.We always endeavour to send out stocked items as soon as possible – but please allow 28 days for delivery for out of stock items.SENDING GIFTS: If you are ordering items to be sent as a gift, we can include a note saying who the gift is from and we will not include a priced invoice.
